新華聯(lián)酒店管理有限公司成立于2014年6月，是新華聯(lián)文旅總公司旗下的專業(yè)公司之一。至今，旗下已開業(yè)品牌酒店9家，其中外資托管品牌酒店4家，“新華聯(lián)麗景”、“新華聯(lián)瑞景”自主經(jīng)營品牌酒店5家，未來3年內(nèi)還將繼續(xù)開業(yè)10余家豪華星級酒店、精品酒店及客棧。新華聯(lián)旗下酒店有兩種運(yùn)營模式，一種是與國際品牌管理公司合作，進(jìn)行委托管理。另一種是打造自己的品牌酒店，比如北京麗景灣國際大酒店、北京新華聯(lián)麗景溫泉酒店、銀川新華聯(lián)瑞景酒店、黃山新華聯(lián)瑞景酒店、海南香水灣新華聯(lián)瑞景酒店等。
Macrolink Hotel Management Co., Ltd., one of the specialized corporations of Macrolink Culture&Tourism Company, was established in June, 2014. It has already had 9 brand hotels in operation, among which there are 4 brand hotels mandated by foreign investments, 5 brand hotels independent managed by “Macrolink Legend” and “Macrolink Regend”. There will also be more than 10 luxury star hotels, boutique hotels and inns to be opened in the next three years. Hotels of Macrolink have two operation modes, one is to cooperate with international brand management companies to adopt mandatory administration, the other is to set up its own brand hotels, just like Lijingwan International Hotel Beijing, Macrolink Legend Hotel Beijing, Macrolink Regent Hotel Yinchuan, Macrolink Regent Hotel Huangshan and Macrolink Regent Hotel Perfume Bay Hainan, etc.
