野生菌是大自然的饋贈(zèng),山珍之品。相比種植菌菇,野生菌肉質(zhì)緊實(shí)、口感各異、香氣濃郁。即日起至6月30日上海金橋紅楓萬(wàn)豪酒店5樓萬(wàn)豪軒中餐廳甄選多種新鮮當(dāng)季的野生菌,搭配不同的肉類、海鮮,精心烹制多款健康野生菌菜肴。

萬(wàn)豪軒的中餐行政總廚陳庭堃?guī)煾挡捎脗鹘y(tǒng)的粵式烹飪手法烹制野生菌,保留其獨(dú)特的口感。野生菌富含多種營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì),是餐桌上獨(dú)特的營(yíng)養(yǎng)美食,并且還是珍貴的藥材,對(duì)身體有滋補(bǔ)和調(diào)養(yǎng)的功效。黑松露被喻為食物中的黑鉆石,具有增強(qiáng)免疫力、抗疲勞、抗衰老等作用。總廚陳師傅以黑松露搭配鮮美的大明蝦,采用烤焗的烹飪手法,烹制出黑松露烤焗大明蝦。牛肝菌的最佳食用方法是清炒。陳師傅將牛肝菌搭配鮮嫩的石斑魚,并加入XO醬,烹飪出醬皇牛肝菌炒斑球。整道菜鮮香爽滑,而牛肝菌具有提高免疫力、補(bǔ)虛提神等作用,滋補(bǔ)養(yǎng)生功效更為突出。羊肚菌具有補(bǔ)腦提神的功能。羊肚菌海馬燉豬展巧妙地將豬肉的香、海馬的鮮融合在一起,并有效地保留了羊肚菌的藥用價(jià)值,是忙碌的上班族們不可錯(cuò)過的滋補(bǔ)美味。

Wild mushroom is a source of powerful nutrients and a healthy food. Our Chinese Executive Chef Roy Chan has created 10 innovative masterpieces for the diners, featuring several kinds of wild mushrooms: Matsutake, Morel, Termite Mushroom, Porcini, Catathelasma Ventricosum, and Truffle. The tasty wild mushrooms mix perfectly with other ingredients like pork, beef, sea food, highlighting the original flavors of ingredients and health benefits.  Savor Baked Prawn with Truffle Sauce in which black truffle is depicted as edible black diamond.  You will never be disappointed by Sautéed Porcini and Grouper with X.O.
