近日，IBM全球信息科技服務部（Global Technology Service）推出了IBM“智慧的酒店”新的系列解決方案，包括機房集中管理、桌面云、自助入住登記和退房、無線入住登記和融合網絡。
        IBM大中華區全球信息科技服務部整合科技事業部總經理邱湘營表示：“IBM‘智慧的酒店’解決方案將大幅提高酒店客人的體驗，極大地優化酒店管理流程，提高工作效率并降低管理與運營成本，從而顯著提升酒店的綜合競爭力，幫助酒店業客戶達到了經營、能效、用戶體驗的多重目標。”
        2011年，IBM將繼續專注為中國酒店業客戶提供最佳的實踐和解決方案，通過布設對接無縫的信息系統架構、提供全方位的解決方案以及標準化的項目管理能力，協助中國酒店開源節流，以最新技術應用為酒店帶來服務品質的卓越提升和顧客體驗的全面創新，與中國酒店業客戶攜手共創“智慧的酒店”新紀元。
   
        The other day IBM Global Technology Service releases a new series of solution on “Intelligent Hotels”, including centralized management of machine rooms, desktop-cloud, self-service check-in and check-out and wireless check-in.
